Is this really a men's circle held by a woman?

I have been to men's circles before and run by men I they know men. Why is this different?

The difference in this circle is Lhamo. An Initiated Woman, Ordained Minister, Psychotherapist, Holistic Counsellor, Ancestral Healer & Family Constellations Practioner, Mother, Facilitator of Women and Mystery Keeper.

Lhamo brings with her decades years of Sacred Feminine Wisdom Teaching, Psychotherapy skills, Interfaith Ministry and thirty-five years of circle holding mastery.

The other difference is the female perspective.

In men's groups held by men, there is a solid masculine perspective. In this work, each man will be held as an expert of his own experience and world (Lhamo has no interest in telling you how to be a man). What is offered are insights into sacred feminine perspective, compassion and fierce honesty.

At midlife you are called into integration and authenticity.

The feminine (internal, receptive, feeling and intuitive) part of your masculine being. The receptive pole of your body (your heart) now leads your motivation and desires of life (who am I now I am this age

Lhamo has been a seer, psychotherapist, wisdom holder and guide of Women's Mysteries for over twenty years. This wisdom she is now offering to you.

What is the difference between this and a one-on-one session with a counsellor??

Firstly it's better value for money. Nine private 90-minute counselling sessions will set you back the same amount as the course.

Private sessions can give you specific depth and personal insight, that is for sure. But you will also receive this during the circle sharing of the course plus you will have the profound privilege of seeing other men share with profound vulnerability and insight. You will see that your story is also another man's story and you will grow empathy, compassion, strength in vulnerability and humility. All essential qualities of a spiritually adult man.

The other benefits are the teachings (which will last generations), the camaraderie, the sense of belonging, the accountability to a group and a purpose bigger than yourself and the support you will receive not only from Lhamo but from a brotherhood of likeminded men.

You will learn to safely and without bravado or pretence how to express yourself fully in your adult authenticity, how to be seen in your power and fragility. You will be witnessed by your peers for nine months standing in your sovereignty. That alone will change your world.

What is your refund policy?

By attending this course you will be held accountable to your whole self and the truth within you. The truest part of you is shameless, glorious, perfectly imperfect and made of love.

If you choose to keep that real self hidden and instead put more power in your fear or addiction to what other people think of you, go ahead. But if you are ready to dissolve the parts of your ego locked in your shadow and find the freedom of knowing you are enough, exactly as you are. Come along.

The choice to join is self-mastery not hiding behind smallness or playing out the past or being a victim.

What if I can’t make a session?

As this is largely an experiential course, the greatest gifts of the work (the in-person sharing, sacred witnessing and processes) happen during circle time. What is said in circle stays in circle. So if you choose to miss a day, you will miss the day.

If you give a prior warning (minimum 24 hours) that you can not attend a session Lhamo will on one occasion only provide a 30 minute 1:1 zoom/phone catch to help you understand the material / personal work required for each month.

This will not be provided, the written material will still be supplied to you.

What about Covid inconveniences?

My biggest resistance is I couldnt be bothered. Why should I join?

The reason that makes you want to come to a course like this will be the very same thing that makes you not want to attend.

You actually are worth it.

Your internal battle (overcoming resistance, avoidance, willful ignorance, stubbornness, laziness) is the holy ground you fight for your sovereignty on.

Underneath every excuse is a call for love.

This self-love, brotherhood, and fierce compassion you will receive every time you bring your resistance to circle.

Make owning your "I couldn't be F***ed" sacred. Come to circle. Work it out there.

What are we learning? What exactly will we do?

Over nine months you will have nine five hour gatherings where you will be witnessed and witness the men in your cohort as they share, explore, discuss and work through the content of Nine Sacred teachings that were given to Lhamo in a year of visions in 2012.

You will then be given a series of monthly Quests for you to complete during the time between sessions. These quests include :
