Lhamo is an Interfaith Reverend ordained in the Interfaith Temple in New York. A mother of two wonderfully free willed children, a loving step mother to two young adults and wife to her Beloved Peter. Full of love, warmth, character and womanly abundance, Lhamo supports women called to carry out the real work of the Sacred Feminine, during the most demanding, transformative years of their lives.

The final chapter was the last to write. I certainly didn't head out on the path we called MotherQuest to write a book about Spiritual Adulting, but here we are. The wisdom of this book is a FEMININE path. Its internal, embodied and Fierce. It also works and makes happy families - so why not do it hey 🤩.And now that I'm through the birthing - I frickin love this book. I am so proud and honoured to bring it to you <3Here is a sneak peek...."Here are our steps for exploring your own Spiritual Adulting journey:Step One: authenticate your sense of self identity to be congruent with your soul, not your wounded memories and patterns from your childhood.Grow up, basically.Stop letting your past inhibit your future, and heal on a soul level why you chose to be born to your parents, be a sibling to your siblings and have the ancestral lineages that you do. Own the incredible core lessons your soul picked for this lifetime and do the wisdom-growing work of healing your ancestral mess. You can do this. It’s liberating!This inner work will allow you to explore your embodied soul and your sovereignty. The payoff is that you can give up your messy old hurt stories, and become the parent that you have been waiting for.Awakening and living your soul authenticity enables you to live with inner alignment and freedom. It also makes you a conscious Human, which is way better than a controlled, emotionally volatile victim. Healing your ancestry will also help you uncouple from racism, oppression, classism, sexism, and internalised bigotry. It will also help you understand basic biology—all essential things for Spiritual Adulting.Step Number Two is to love better..."
